Throughout Amanda's entire show of skill, not once did his, creepily innocent and happy smile ever leave his face.

This unerved Amanda.

"What are you planning?" she asked.

"Nothing much," he said. "But I'd take a good look at your leg."

She pulled up the pantsleg of the leg that kicked him to see a small magic circle around her calves. "What is...?"

"That," said a voice from above her, "is a trap. You can't use any magic against me now." Iggy then dropped from the ceiling. "Which means that now," he ignited Kagato's laser sword, "this is an even match."

'And before this match is over,' he thought as his doppleganger disintigrated from under Amanda, 'I will show you the true power of that sword, and of yourself. You'll need it for what is to come beyond this match...'
