‘This could be a problem,’ Amanda mused, glancing down at her leg again. ‘Well, at least he remembered that I can use magic some.’

“I knew you would use that doppleganger of yours. Can we use it on our honeymoon?” Iggy’s nova-red face and mild nosebleed were signs that her stall tactic was having an effect.

‘Okay, no magic. That leaves Golden Sun and my other maneuver. I don’t want to use it yet; it’s my trump. Besides, it’s a finisher, I don’t want to kill him.’ She looked at her hair, which was being held up precariously by her pine-and-unicorn hair-wand and an arrow shaft. ‘Won’t need this, I suppose.’ She reached up to remove the items, and then noticed Iggy was regaining control of his hormones. ‘Aw, damnit. Wait, he said no magic. Does that include Sayin magic?’ A sigh. ‘Probably. Well, no magic means no magical charms, but what about feminine charms?’ Amanda held her hand out, palm down, and concentrated. Something flew into her hand from her shoe, which she hid in her right sleeve.

“Oh, this is such a problem,” she moaned, slowly walking to Iggy. “I’m magicless! No Imperius Curse to control you, no Stupifis curse to knock you out, nothing!” She reached up and removed the arrow shaft, while still walking. ‘Those Drama classes paid off,’ she thought. “What’s a girl to do?” When she was a foot away, she said, “I won’t need this ol’ thing,” in a voice that could make even Heero’s heart melt. She pulled out the wand and her five foot, four-inch hair cascaded to the floor, like a liquid-gold waterfall, aptly showing why Vegita named her his ‘Golden Tressed Goddess’. She noticed the little show had made his eyes go as wide as a chibi’s. ‘Perfect.’ She inched up to Iggy and leaned her head against his chest. “Won’t you remove it just a little bitty, itsy bitsy, teeny tiny bit?” Iggy made a strangled sound as Amanda started making little circles with her index finger on his chest. “You sure?” Amanda flicked her wrist and pointed a small dagger at Iggy’s throat.

Your move, ai. (I really don’t want it removed; I just needed an excuse to ‘Pull a Ryoko’.)
