 DOC - crack cocaine. Positive urine screen after being treated in the ER one year after my son's murder. Licensed suspended for 6 months (August 2004), enrolled in the RNP in 2005, completed four year contract that actually turned into 5 years, completed December 2010. Maintain Louisiana license and obtained my Florida license, awaiting on a job reply. Everyone take care and there is a light at the end of the tunnel!!!!
