Syck, I do realize she needs to be turned in, I'm just not sure how to go about it. The manager who hired me is no longer the manager, and the one who is there now had never even heard of the assistance program. Her eyes kinda glazed over when I told her about my situation and handed her a copy of my sentence.

This new manager hired all the other new nurses, eight of us, so with me being the only one she didn't hire along with my background/present perdicament, she kind of holds me to a different ruler. I'm pretty concerned that if I turn this impaired nurse in that she'll see it as "misery likes company" sort of thing.

That night she showed me her pill box there was another nurse present. When I shared my thoughts with the bystander, she just says "oh, she's had a lot of surgeries and is in chronic pain. I said xanax isn't for pain! Not the physical kind anyway. I'm in a tough spot and just not sure how to handle it just yet.

If I knew I wouldn't have such a hard time finding another job, it would be a no brainer, I'd just tell the manager. Know what I mean.

Thanks
