Date Posted: Sat, Jan 07 2012, 7:32:12 In reply to: angel 's message, "Re: Affinity" on Fri, Jan 06 2012, 14:54:18 my state started using affinity recently too. My original contract was for 26 uds's a year. Then when I couldn't obtain employment, I had to produce copies of all my bills and my bank statement as proof that I couldn't pay to pee. They then sent be 3 vouchers for the urine to be tested and decreased my frequency to 16 per year but I still had to pay for the site fee. Once I became employed, they jacked my frequency back to 26. I haven't tested since 12/7 though, so go figure?? I'm wondering if there was a communication glitch there because I had come up for 2 tests within 2 days. I called and complained at the closeness of testing and haven't come up since. My case manager also called and let me off from testing for the "too soon" test. I'm wondering if she miscommunicated and they don't believe I'm supposed to test now? Just enjoying not having to spend the $90.00!
