I've been using affinity since I began my monitoring "adventure". I do like the fact that you have lots of lab options to choose from and there webiste helps you easily locate your other options, even nationwide. Also if there is a lab you want to use that is not listed you can turn in a form and there will speak to this place and see if they can be added as an approved collection site. HOWEVER be CAREFUL with affinity because a few weeks back I got call from CM stating that she was gonna send me a warning letter for a missed check in although I had indeed called and checked in. When I called affinity they were basically like "yea it happens, oh well" told me that I should be using a land line instead of cell phone for check in??? WHATEVER I freakin took pics of my call log on my phone and got hard copy of call log from carrier and sent it in to prove I had called.

Other problem was in December I had 4 tests within 7 days, when I called Affinity to question frequency they said that since I had not been selected to submit the correct number of specimens that was ordered in my contract, they had to hurry up and catch me up before the end of the year....Merry fuckin Xmas to me....
