 First, go to this Dr. Seely and find out what the F is going on, no better yet have an attourney go to Dr. Seely and find out what the F is going on. Second, get a second opinion.

Yes this will cost some but in the long run well worth it. You may be able to get a free lawyer or at least a consult with one, contact your local BAR Assoc. I wouldn't sign another "contract" if they put a gun to my head!
