Santa RN - Yes I am in Ohio. My case manager is Rick. I met with Rick and he was pretty straight forward with me. He did tell me not to miss a call in as technically that is a violation of my Consent Agreement, but he also said that if that were to happen, the BON would review the circumstances, situation, progress, etc. Rick did say that if I missed a screen, then the clock would start all over again. I'm this close, and am doing everything that I can think of to remind me to call in, even if it's calling in in the middle of the morning if I have to go the bathroom.

I too am dreading the employment search, explaining to the empoloyer, rejection after rejection (either by not hearing anything or the kind "we can't hire your kind" response), probationary terms, and all the stuff that will come with employment. As Rick told me, the first person that the finger will be pointed at if there is a narc discrepancy is me. Of course I already knew that, but on the other hand I will have an 18-month narc restriction - no dispensing, counting, carrying narc keys, etc.

I too have to begin all my reinstatement requirements - second drug evaulation by a addiction psychiatrist, criminal background and FBI check, nursing refresher course, etc.
