I got re-instated in Ohio but not with the same case manager. My CM was upset because I changed jobs and did not let them know immediately that day, but I knew I was having an interview with her in person and so I was a month late on disclosing that according to her. She felt that I was not in compliance exactly. I literally broke down and cried during our meeting because I felt that since I was meeting with her we would discuss it then. I told her that I was informing her that day. Everything else was in order. I felt terrible when I left the meeting but I had good results and was released with permanent restrictions. I did not think it would happen because she was very hard on me when I left the meeting. But it turned out OK. So I think you will be fine if you have all of your documentation in order and are honest if you meet in person.
