Thanks tlcme. I definately appreciate you taking the time to respond and I certainly will take your advice especially what you suggested about googling. But to be honest I don't think that disclosing my sins or interviewing and trying to sell my self is the part that worries me so much. I just don't even now how to get to that point- to have the opportunity to sell myself. Im just concerned when filling out apps online as soon as they see criminal and monitoring program its a done deal. Any other suggestions to get around this part and waiting to divuldge till later in the process?
