Scytale is the last Tleilaxu master according to Chapterhouse, and he is off in an unknown universe with Duncan and Sheeana.

Remember in Chapterhouse they say the Tleilaxu homeworld was destroyed, Scytale kept bemoaning the fact. I believe he held the only cells. So it's unlikely we'll see any of the original characters again. And somehow that seems too easy and pat to bring back Paul, Chani et al.

and I still stand by my thought that D'murr the Ixian turned Navigator saw the enemy in the Prelude to Dune Trilogy, and I agree with the thought that the ancient and future enemy is Omnious... but not alone. There is a larger human aspect to it.
