If you disagree with the price of buying a show, then don't buy it. That is your right and decision, clearly. However, DSO is attempting to make shows available both to people who were present on a given night as well as to those unable to make a show and it is a wonderful and thoughtful thing they are doing. If you don't want to pay the money, call one of your buddies who was allowed to record it for free and get a copy. DSO not only provides an historic re-interpretation of the world's greatest rock 'n roll band, they do it with the very highest level of artistic expression, talent and passion. They deserve every cent they make, and more. Remember, the GD continues to give huge amounts of money to charity and I am sure DSO has similar intent when the time and success come to them, which it is. Please leave your cynical and selfish attitude at home, there is no room for it in this scene; instead of complaining about it, contribute to it.
PS - I flew to Chicago for the Rex benefit and the show/vibe was truely amazing, generous, kind and warm.... keep it up DSO!!!
