I (the girls tagged along) went to the store to look for one last set of curtains today. I need something in my kitchen. I didn't find a single set i liked. SIGH! So I stumbled around the store - looked at the smocks the kids have to wear for school...too cute. Looked at the appliances (not a single rice cooker) and then headed over to the clothes (all small sizes) and shoes. I found an "old lady" pair of sandals on sale for pretty cheap and decided to buy them. I tried them on with my socks because they have velcro adjusters across the foot (I figured I could tighten them if needed when barefoot). Well, I didn't try my shoes on with the back strap tightened. Big mistake. So instead of being a size 40, I'm a 41. I have an extra long right big toe I guess. LOL The shoe fits perfectly on my left foot. But my big toe sticks out on my right now that I have them tightened. SIGH! Oh well, they are ok if I wear a bandaid on my big toe (otherwise the hard sole rubs my toe.

Other than laundry this has been my day...lol lol lol I have been doing one reorganize project a night. I think tonight it will be our bedroom. It is really the only room that shamefully still looks like we just moved in. LOL Our lamps aren't up on the wall yet (we have those 60's looking lamps I made Chris buy that have to have a hole drilled in to hold them up) and Chris still has his hot wheels frames (the ones that holds a gajillion cars) to hang up on the stairs from the basement...lol This way he can share them and they aren't in my livingroom which is where he would rather put them I think...lol
