Saturday my dad's side of the family had a bbq. I got really sick on Thursday and then again on Friday night with something else so we called and didn't go. Susie and her new boyfriend, who we really like, went tot the party. I remember talking to thins guy and telling him about my family and he thought that I was making it up or "adding" to it tomake the story aound better because no group of people could be that weird and bad and everything else.

Well, after a day of my sil telling stories about my brother's vasectomy and my crazy aunt chasing the man around the house hugging and kissing on him (she never met him before) My other aunt sending them to pick up my crazy cousin who has a case of "the bigger the story the bigger the lie". They sent them for food, ciggaretts, hot dog buns and then had to take crazy cousin home who just got back from a trip to China and Japan a day or so ago but can't tell you where he went or what he saw.

Poor Steve went home shaking and spent Sunday all day at his house in the peace and quiet trying to recover from dealing with my family. How totally awful should I feel about this? I think it is funny but I do feel sorry for the guy. At least it isn't me and now he knows that when I tell him something I am definately telling him the truth.

Christine
