以往對城中一些所謂「人龍食店」，總會有點偏見。
每次經過這些「人龍食店」時，一見店門外那長長的人龍，以及排隊攞籌等位的盛況，我就邊搖頭邊急急腳走；心想：「無論有幾好食、幾抵食，但要我如此排隊法，我寧可不吃了！」
再加上我作為傳媒人，實在明白到釵h所謂「人龍食店」，往往都是靠飲食雜誌、生活副刊「煲」出來的「潮流」而已。看書中的介紹，似乎好正；到你真正幫襯時，你可能會發現實際環境、食品質量、服務態度等，都與雜誌副刊的報道大有出入！因此，我不相信「人龍食店」。
有天，餓着肚皮，經過銅鑼灣一家壽司店。該店也是城中著名的「人龍食店」，但當時正值下午，人龍未現，於是就姑且入去一試。
這無心插柳的一試，卻試出個味道來！只見店內的迴轉壽司帶上，遊弋着一碟一碟的巨型蟹腳壽司，我這個蟹癡馬上口水直流；按碟子的顏色查看價錢……甚麼？只售十二元？
要知道那不是一般的人造蟹柳，而是真真正正長腳蟹的蟹腳肉，一碟壽司有兩件，十二元的價錢簡直匪夷所思！唔理咁多了，一口氣「隊」了四碟！
滿口蟹肉之時，心想：有啲「人龍食店」都唔係咁差喎！嘻嘻！
