Subject: PS...Andrew got his diagnosis the other week...

and he's got the Asperger's Syndrome tag. We're actually okay with it...it gives us something to hang our hat on and it opens the door to a lot of help that would not otherwise be easily available.

In fact, the only Asperger's specific school program in the state of Maine is in Portland. Actually, it's at the elementary school that is adjacent to our neighborhood...about 500 yards away. How's that for fate?

Some of the stuff we couldn't even pay for even if we wanted to...and some of the stuff gets quite expensive when it's not covered as part of a diagnosis. We've already been paying for a lot of additional expenses...it's like another grand a month and that pinches.
