The kitty hospital just called to tell me that The Skid just had a major seizure - meaning that she was suffering from some sort of renal disease as expected and that it has broken the blood brain barrier - or something like that. Hadn't eaten or drank anything since I brought her there on Sunday and I suspect it may have been a day or two at home with no nourishment. They asked for and I granted permission to immediately euthanize her.

I give Flyer credit for going gentle into that good night from home. The Skid is costing me about $600! I also envy the fact that your Ryan won't require the same conversation that Sam will...

sigh (about the cat, not the cost)
