Subject: What's the paint code?

Pulling out all my old brochures...

Looks like "Camouflage" (D12) or maybe "Canteen" (D13) from 2003.

As for rare colors, Trophy Bronze (undocumented 2000), Khaki (2001), and Mineral Blue (2001) are the rarest as far as I know. Shock Blue (2002) and Atomic Orange (2003) probably come up behind them. There were a few other one-year colors too, Denim Blue (2000), Salsa (2001, though I personally saw a very early 2002 in Salsa, verified by paint code), Sedona (2002), and Thermal Red (2004). And apparently for 2004 they had Silver Lightning (K12) vs. the 2000-2003 Silver Ice (KY2, which was renamed Granite for 2004).

Not sure about the second-gen colors.
