*** Pet arrived ***
The Pets Deal seems to be a local success. Approxemately 66,3% of Simmerville households did get one or more pets on the first day of the new deal. Statistics are worked on as I type. The new Simmerville Pet Shop reports a very busy day.

No further community laws or taxes will be implemented at the time. On simday 70 we will decide if any pet related restrictions or benefits will be introduced.

*** Farmers' Lottery Winners ***
The Simmerville Hood Council arranged a local lottery in order to hand out 10 new Farm Rights. All lot owners got one chance each, and the winners are:

1st prize, 4 Farm Rights: Susan Hornsby
2nd prize, 3 Farm Rights: Bart Gobelin
3rd prize, 2 Farm Rights: Gastor Beartop
4th prize, 1 Farm Right: Bellue Fresco

Congratulations!
Any hoods that wants to run a local lottery will find a random lottery winner tool at Gray Sims (listed under Simmerville>Shopping)

*** New small houses and businesses ***
Simmerville expands with a new estate complex including 3 residential addresses and 2 community lots, located at 14 New Simmer Lane. All lots are very small (1x2) and can be rented for 10 simdays only. The intention is to help fresh adults or seniors, who need a temporary adress but who like to have their own address rather than sharing a home. The 2 community lots are meant as starter businesses for sims who like to get some practice before starting a bigger establishment locally or downtown. The rent is only §80 per adult sim/business rank per simday, and will be even lower as the builds get older. Contact our Business Advisor Mr Boteph Loveless for details.

*** Exciting family portraits ***
We like to honour families who made well in Simmerville. We also want to hang up portraits of the past spokes sims of the hood.

At the Hood Administration Centre you will soon find large portraits of Juliana Valentino, Beatricé Shalloe, Steven Brybrey and Eline Shalloe. The portraits will also be available in the catalog in case of family/descandents wanting a copy.

In addition we will honour the top 5 networth households with a framed family portrait, also available in the catalog. The families are Bart Gobelin, Agatha Brybrey, Lucy Bluzz, Sophelia Mervil and Eline Shalloe. These families will be offered to pay §1000 to have their portrait in the catalog.

Adrian Hanssen at Little Shop of Arts helps with the practical work.
