All sims should have received their Business packets in the mail with a list of things that can't be sold as well as the differents types of businesses that can be started. There will be no loans given from the hood to start own businesses if you do not have the funds then I am sorry. You can however borrow from a friend or move in with a friend to combine your net worth to start a business.

Congratulations to my brother Kirk Kellogg who recently wed Pamela.
