I forgot something important to know for you business Sims: The hood has decided that each business/lot is allowed to hire only one employee that is not a local Sim. In other words, if you hire more than 1 employees all of them except 1 must be local residents.

This was decided to secure that locals who like to get a job in someone else's store or other business is given priority. If this forces business owners to employ low skilled sims it will be discussed further.
