The new owner of the local Real Estate agency, "Builds & Bills", Mr Phillion Montpellier, has initiated Bon Voyage Retirement Home at 12 Old Simmer Lane. The Hood Council approved the idea and has sold the lot with a "Business Right" to "Builds & Bills" for §15000.

"Bon Voyage" was already built and it will open shortly. Local elders are welcome to make their reservation today.

There are only 4 sections available, each suitable for 1 or 2 elders. Each section is lockable. From the bedroom you can access your private bathroom and balcony. Each privat section spans a total of 52 tiles. In addition there is a full story with high standards as well as a nice garden to share with the other residents.

There is a daily fee of §300 per section, no matter one or two elders staying there. The fee includes local taxes. Only retired/unemployed elders are allowed.
