Dear Mr Brybrey,

I and my hubby Clive Appleton has tried to get a retirement home going for some time now. We currently have 2 lodgers. We are very disappointed that the hood councill has welcomed a new retirement home without even discussing it with us here at Maple Inn! We feel pushed aside and trashed, if it is because we used to run a center for ex-criminals we'd like to ask: Is there more or less criminals in the hood now? We can read everywhere that the crime rate has decreased. We think it is much because of our work here in Simmerville. It's kind of frustrating never being recognized for what we devoted our entire lives to. Thank you!
