I stand back in amazment this has to be a joke? Rankings were based on statistics in five categories - crime, education, employment, environment and lifestyle - from all 434 local authorities in the UK. London has 33 boroughs and the third most expensive place to live in the world,although Hackney was listed as by far the worst of the London boroughs and came out overall as fourth worst place to live in the UK. How can Blaenau Gwent possibly be compared with the other 32 boroughs in London on the same categories not to mention the other 400 local authorities in the UK. A very unreliable survey altogether and very poorly researched article did they deliberatley set out to concentrate only on Blaenau Gwent's negative points,which are very small in comparisson to those of the other boroughs in the survey and almost totally deny many of it's most positive aspects.
