The only soap I really want to watch these days is Port Charles.

It's kind of lame to watch a soap you hate, but like you said, I can sit through a half hour of inconsistency rather than a whole hour of it.

I was reading the New Yorker(RE: Hogan Sheffer and ATWT) and it was saying how back in the 60's and 70's soaps used to have a 50 Million audience and like a 25, 26 share(have no idea what shares are, but I'm assuming it's important).

And with a show that only tapes half a year, there's less netowrk interference. But could you imagine all the spoilers that could be leaked? Internet fans would know what was happening the whole year. LOL.
