-LOL. I thought the Susan Lucci thing was kinda funny. To me, LaLucci seems too full of herself. Or maybe I think of Erica when I think of her. I dunno. But Dick Clark should be flogged for allowing that to happen.

-And I never did get the purpose of that online voting garbage. I never voted, because it was a complete waste of time. Music Videos With the Montages? And then Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen? It's nice to know that not only are the soaps aiming for teenyboppers, but so are the distinguished award shows. Why not have Carson Daly host the damn shindig next year?

-Does Eden Riegel's Bianca(All My Children) have to be thrown in a ring of fire before the Emmy Voters recieve a good reel from her? I don't think she's the best actress on daytime, but I would take her over the other actresses anyday. Jennifer Finnigan probably won that award because of the writing staff's excellence.

But next year, I'll cry "BIAS" if Kristen Alderson(Starr, One Life to Live) isn't nominated. I've said over and over again, she IS the most outstanding younger lead actress in a drama series.

-And Jacob Young's Emmy Win? I would say something very obscene, but I won't. I wonder what did he submit for his Emmy Reel?

-LOL. The Hogan Sheffer thing was funny too. Hopefully, this is a sign that Sheffer is not a one year wonder. I'd rather Mr. Sheffer win that award than Jimmy Reilly.

-And what the hell was up with Kim Zimmer? Did she step out of a genie's beer bottle?

-And speaking of Guiding Light, what was up with the Emmys spotlighting it. I guess the showcase was a cancellation reel put together by CBS.

-And I, too, LOVED how One Life to Live stuck it to the rest of the room. The underdogs went out with a bang. And was that a challenge Gary Tomlin issued to his competitors? Referring to the week of live shows: "You should try it." Good challenge, but will they? Could you imagine the Passions actors live? LOL. They wound't make it through the first ten minutes.

Hopefully, the soaps will get better(and the presentation).
