OMG TALK ABOUT THE BEST ICE CREAM MAN ANYONE COULD OF POSSIBLY ASK FOR, I REMEMBER HIM COMING DOWN THE BLOCK AND WE ALL USED TO YELL TEDDY'S NAME HE WOULD JUST STOP TO EITHER SAY HELLO OR EVEN GIVE US A PIECE OF CANDY. I ALSO REMEMBER THAT IF IT WAS YOUR BIRTHDAY HE WOULD ALWAYS GIVE YOU FREE ICE CREAM. AWW TEDDY NOW THAT'S A CHILD HOOD MEMORY I CAN'T EVER FORGET. UNFORTUANTELY I HEARD TEDDY DIED A LONG TIME AGO. (AFTER HE RETIRED) I THINK HE DIED 5 YEARS AFTER THAT. (THAT'S WHAT I HEARD) BUT THEN AGAIN YOU KNOW HOW RUMORS ARE. (NOT SURE IF IT WAS TRUE). HOPEFULLY NOT.

Man Teddy is exactly how u described him... I use to chase him down the block 94th St. all the time.. Best man ever.. well theres a few other business owners i can name like pop klee jr. and phil from phils on canarsie road and ave.n remember those guys?

WOW THE MEMORIES YES I DO REMEMBER PHIL FROM PHIL'S ON CANARSIE ROAD I LIVED RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM THERE HE WAS A GREAT MAN AS WELL. AFTER HE SOLD HIS PLACE IT WAS NEVER THE SAME AGAIN. AND AS FOR POP KLEE JR. HE LIVED RIGHT ON MY BLOCK HE AGAIN WAS A VERY GENUINE MAN. MAY HE REST IN PEACE.
