Hes the old guy who use to offer to sell you coupons at bargain rates of 1/4 to 1/2 off the price.
He was a great man. I lived next door to him....

Our daughter is attending the Roy H. Mann School in September. We live in Canarsie and are trying to get together with other Canarsie (and surrounding areas with in District 18)parents to get a bus service to and from the school. We are seeking other parents that are interested in lining a bus up for the kids. We have done a lot of research and found that the Superior Bus Company will provide a bus for the kids. Just wanted to pass on a bit of bad news. Michael Contello who grew up in canarsie and had many friends there has passed away. He had an accident on his dirtbike and died last saturday afternoon.He is survived by his wife Theresa and son Michael.He will be missed by all who knew him. My condolences to all who feel the shock of this news.
