Break out the Aqua Net and Black Eyeliner. Ceasars Bay is opening on Staten Island in late october. I think the new location is where the former Caldor was off of 440.

I'LL NEVER FORGET, ONE YEAR MY BROTHER GOT ME A CASE OF AQUANET FOR CHRISTMAS!! I USED TO SHOP AND HANG OUT IN CEASERS BAY TOO. I MISS THAT PLACE!! DONT FORGET THE RUBBER "GOOMIE" BRACELETS! I HAD ONE IN EVERY COLOR THAT I WORE ON BOTH ARMS THAT WENT UP TO MY ELBOWS!
