Your comment about my living in california is strange. I mean when I told you I live here you said why was I WAY out there. The truth is there were 600 people from canarsie at last years reunion. 600 whom had graduated from canarsie or south shorebetween 1965 and 1990. Thats alot. In fact your reaction was similar to my reaction in 80 when a guy on my block moved to jersey . I thought why the heck way out there. Or to long island,why so far away by yourself. The truth is in the mid 80s a slew of easterners came out here. First as job transfers then as friends of those who had come for job transfers. Of course maybe some came alone for warmth knowing nobody here or came with friends to live here. I mean its hard coming alone just for better weather or easier living. So most came for transfers or cause they knew someone . Infact in the 30s most from odessa came in mass few alone to new york. I came in the second row; i knew someone . He had been transfered here by his cpa firm and I came to visit. I liked it and moved here. Found a job a wife a mortgage etc. So the real question is, why the heck are you back there, in the old country?

Is california better than florida ? Whats the difference� weather, mountains old people famous people. Sears yentas
