Subject: Applebee - Castle Cary, Somerset, later in E London & West Ham

Am trying to find more info on Applebees /Appleby, a family of bakers in Castle Cary, Somerset. William, (b 1749 in Bruton, m Martha Crane)was a baker. In 1841 his son John (m to Sarah Strong)ran the business. Children of John & Sarah:
James (1819)
John (1820)
Ann 1821
Sarah 1823
Mary 1825
William 1826
Edwin 1830
Eliz. Mary 1832
George 1834.
By 1851 most of the family seem to have moved to Shoreditch.
