I have traced my mothers family back to George Appleby and his wife Jane Winchcombe who married on 20 April 1882. Their parents could be James Appleby and Mary Ann. This may go back further to John Appleby, a Shoemaker, married to Mary.

All these people lived in and arround Swyncombe Oxfordshire.

I am trying to prove (or disprove) these connections.

Any information????
