Dear Andrew,
Amongst others,I am researching Applebys in Willenhall where all my ancestors were born. I came across Caleb's parentage on the 1841 and 1851 census, they are Joseph c.1811 and Susannah Salt c.1811. Joseph is the son of John c.1784 and Elisabeth c.1787. John, I believe, is the son of William and Pheobe according to the St. Giles parish records.
Although most researchers for the area believe that all the Appleby families traced so far are related, there is no definate proof of it. I have made a family tree chart connecting most of the families but Caleb's is not on it.
I have further info on Caleb's brothers and sisters if you require it.
