hmmm....a while ago, while out with Skipper o' Otters, we visited an old friend of the Skipper's who lives on the banks of the river. he made us some delicious food, and here I'll describe it to you (just try not to drool)...

River Roast:

This is made up of 3 great trout, stuffed with watershrimp, served in a light gravy of [somethin' with watercress, old Maubbin wouldn't exactly tell me, said it was secret], served with a generous side portion of Hot Root Soup with Extra Hot Pepper Spice from across the sea. Nothin' like it in the world! No otter meal is complete without it!
