Almond Short Bread

Ingredients:
225g Plain Flour
50g Caster Sugar
pinch of salt
125g butter
50g finely chopped almonds

1: Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celcius and grease a baking tray for later
2:Sift the flour, sugar and salt into a large bowl
3:Rub in the butter untill the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.Mix in the ground almonds
4:Knead the dough to "burp" out any air bubbles
5:With a floured rolling pin roll out the dough on a floured board. It should be about 1cm thin.
6:Cut out your shapes, place tem on the baking tray and put them into the oven. Bake them for 15 minutes (make sure they're light brown and not over-cooked).
7: Cool them on a wire rack and dust them with icing-sugar.
