Melanie,

Thanks for the quick responses. Glad to visit the forum again today. So am I to understand that, student disbursements and management fees cost more than the investment returns on the original contributions combined with the lack of new contributions over this decade? I figure we all know that markets have been down for the past year plus, so that isn't my question. Put in simpler terms, was more money spent than came in? Not that I have a problem with that. It's just that curious minds want to know. I only contributed $500 to the cause. Now I feel like it wasn't enough or I am unsure what to think. Perhaps just another Franconia experiment gone up in smoke.
