I've got plenty of outrage, Ned, but I've been in this line of work long enough to know when someone's invoking the name of the wrong court it's not going to do much good. I've also been in this line of work long enough to know that revolutionary theater rarely produces lasting results-it gets somebody fifteen minutes of fame if they're lucky.

I'm quite sure that Mr. Zaidi got his ass kicked by some folks who know how that is done. And I am also quite sure that he knew, Iraq being Iraq (they have a history of this sort of thing, you know) an ass whuppin' with all the trimmings would be the proximate result of his fit of pique, which, if you want to look at it this way makes the entire episode a stunt.

I'm just not reading too much significance into this whole episode, is all.
