OK, your turn to explain: what do you mean by "Spike is incapable of having metaphorical sex with humans"?
I have always taken the act of a vampire biting a human to be a metaphor for sex which I think is a fairly typical interpretation. Since Spike cannot bite humans (at least in his post chip pre The First days) he therefore cannot have metaphorical sex.

I delight in discussing such issues as vampire physiology because it is so whimsical and in the end, completely meaningless. I am not at all bothered by inconsistencies or contradictions I puzzle through it and when I get to a dead end I just conclude that Thats just the nature of the beast (much as I do about certain aspects of Quantum Mechanics). Things dont have to make sense rationally as long as they do emotionally. However, I do enjoy seeing others explanations
