Napoleon was arguably superior to Wellington (& just about everyone else) at the *operational* level of war. I'm not sure any of Wellington's campaigns could be considered equal to the Austerlitz campaign (although I don't know his campaigns as well as both of you seem to).

Wellington, however, was a master of the "manuever offensively & fight defensively" school, as he showed at Waterloo - he advanced to a position which Napoleon would have to attack, then held it. I believe he also did this in the Peninsular campaign. He used reverse slopes to neutralize French artillery, & square formations (a traditional favorite) to neutralize enemy cavalry. It can therefore be argued that Wellington was a superior *tactician*.

Besides, the real key player at Waterloo was Grouchy - if he'd followed his instincts, he would have arrived before the Prussians; if he'd followed his orders, he could have blocked the Prussians - either way, Napoleon could have won. So there.
