Nana Visitor is really a good visual image for the shopkeeper Arianna. As for being a trekkie, I'll at least admit to liking DS9 most of the time.

Kennedy's reaction to Willow saying she used magic to hit her in training - like it was easier on her ego to be defeated by magic. That leaves open the question of how Willow really knocked Kennedy out.

" WILLOW: What's with you?....... oh" HeHe GNAT.

Poor Dawn. Geez. Can't a girl sneak in a little studying? I really do wonder about Willow 'protecting' Dawn after Dawn used magic to kick-start Willow's defense in the previous ep. Unfortunately, Dawn's complaint about that gets too specific.

You did leave the teaser about Kennedy's reaction.

Kate's is another thing. Kate has gone from the aloof outsider who gives grudging help when forced to a confidante and adviser to people she says she doesn't like. Why would she go to the trouble of following Kennedy around the cemetary anyway? Carrying a stake? If she wasn't following Kennedy, why was she in a cemetary at night carrying a stake?

Ooooh. Not telekinesis. Invisibility. That baddie is at least solid enough that he/she has to open the door. *Starting to piece clues together.* Apparently anything the invisible person carries - the knife and probably clothes - is also invisible.

Of course Kate was following Kennedy. It'd be too much of a coincidence otherwise. She was with Xander and Andrew when they picked up Dawn and Kennedy rushed past them. Xander went upstairs to Willow and Kate followed Kennedy. By her own choice or because Xander asked her? Who knows?

And how did Willow knock down Kate. Simple, Kennedy's no slayer. She's been training with Giles but she was underestimating Willow. One hit was enough.

The Dawn magic thing will be continued because no way is Dawn gonna settle on this.
