Nick, The ALCBA,Inc. has a set of breed standards that have been in effect since 1965. These breed standards have been printed in the yearbook for several years. There have been a few changes in the breed standards through the years, but are basicly the same as when they were first written. I beleive it would be real difficult and time consuming for each and every decesion brought up at the world hunt to be voted on to be mailed to the entire membership for a yea or nay vote. Most organizations have an executive committee that are elected by the membership to handle most of the business. Thank you Dan
