Do you have any suggestions on how to stand higher on your toes? I have problems in both hard shoe and soft shoe, but mostly soft shoe. It could be from my injuries, though.

it could be your feet people with nice arches will find it easier to go higher on their toes- even on point. Not to say that people that people without nice feet can't go on toes. I would just strengthen your feet that will help! (NT)Elle!!20:31:49 06/01/03 Sun

There's some good foot exercises in this months ID Magazine! Irish soft shoes are not ballet shoes and you're not meant to go all the way up on toe in them - it's not good for your feet! (NT)IDGirl12:21:21 06/02/03 Mon

Try walking up stairs only using the ball of your foot and toes. It will strengthen your arches. (NT)worked for me13:50:28 06/02/03 Mon

By saying that you go 'on point' do you mean all the way up to where your toe nails meet the end of your toe? Or just the pads of your feet?!?! (NT)No name20:39:08 06/04/03 Wed
