Don't include all NYS in the statement "OUR"-how narrow minded a statement that was-NYS anglers litter as much as NJ and PA-not to mention the fact that the most prolific lifters are from NYS-being on the Salmon River every weekend I see it all-so dont even go there with the out of state fisherman-where do you think the money to keep the pacific salmon program comes from-for arresting out of state fisherman for foul hooking a dying never to feed again fish-that their and your license dollar pays for-BIG DADDY
