 Big Daddy, you cannot be that stupid, or should we call you BIG DUMMY. The salmon program is funded by the state and only a small portion of your license fee goes to the DEC. Just because you buy a license in Pulaski doesn't mean your money went to that hatchery. As for the snagging issue you are dead wrong on who is doing the most of that. And as the true snagger that you must be because you are playing that famous card " the salmon are going to die anyways" so who cares how you rip them out of the river. Never to feed again, so lets just finish them off. Do you think that all the snaggers that come here, buy a bag of splitshot, a few hooks and maybe put some new line on their reel are keeping Pulaski wealthy? Come on !! Wake up and smell the rotting salmon!!!!!!
