Maybe someone should bring a plate for his birthday, are there any Hickory Farms shops left in malls anymore, or do they just set up those holiday stalls now?

Yes, especially since The Ripper is universally despised in that group, and deservedly so. Time After Time is bloody and depressing, but this is the sort of hypocritical trash that's "safe" enough for an airplane screening because it doesn't "show" anything. The word "appalled" comes to mind so easily, as in, "What am I THINKING? Am I seriously getting a jones for Jack the Ripper?" The answer is of course not.
