I'm also having trouble with an M515 hotsync. I had similar problems with an M505 and upgrade to the 515 to get away from it. Bad move. I've contacted customer service and they want me to pay $39.99 so they can send me a refurbished one. I asked if they've fixed the static problem and the CS person said he didn't think it would happen to me again. Based on what I'm seeing on this forum I don't believe that for a moment. Does anyone know if it's possible to use the Infrared port on the laptop that has the Palm software to hotsync with the M515? Thanks.
