Sorry - here are some more details;
The computer is Gateway G6-333.
I had a Palm M515 hooked up before.
I tried installing the software both ways - first updating from the existing, then completely wiping out everything and doing a clean install.
I'm trying to Sync with the Palm Desktop.
The hotsync manager seems to be set up correctly.
