When "Y&R" first premiered in '73, it was not shown in Pittsburgh at all. Channel 53 would show the soap opera in early 1975 ... and before the end of '75, Channel 2 would pick up the soap opera.

Channel 4 did not show "One Life to Live" for several years when it first premiered. I believe it was shown on Channel 53 back in the '70s, but I could be wrong.
