This isn't something that happens often. There's no need for a bunch of rules and guidelines cluttering up the site just because of extremely infrequent minor problems.

Personally, I'd like to see the moderator screening feature turned off so that there could be more posting back-and-forth discussion. But that's not a big deal. It would just be a minor improvement. If a "bad" post was made, the moderator could delete it as soon as he saw it.
