I remember the Captain on the "ship" set called the "Nancy B," reading song contest entries. He read a couple a day. He was reading one and came the line some people slipped into the "Popeye" song about "turned on the gas," and instead of saying "burned off my ass." He quickly improvised. "that was that last...of Popeye the Sailor Man." Yep, you could hear laughter in the background.
